10.30 - 11.00  Registration & Coffee

 

11.00 - 13.00  Morning Workshop - Lynda Hughes with Ian Robertson​

 Lynda is a RSCDS Teacher and also a retired physiotherapist. 

 She will show us ideas to use to WARM-UP and COOL DOWN our classes without injuring them.

​

13.00 - 14.00  Lunch (bring your own picnic - tea, coffee, squash will be provided)

14.00 - 16.00 Afternoon Workshop - Judy Valvona with Ian Robertson

​Judy teaches on the Isle of Wight. She will teach some of the lesser known but enjoyable dances originally published by the Imperial Society and more recently republished by the RSCDS.

​

16.00 – 16.15 Tea and Cake

 

16.15 - 17.00  Extraordinary General Meeting and General Discussion

  1. A revised Constitution following adoption of plans to formally affiliate with RSCDS will be circulated for discussion and approval.

  2. Discussion of future plans

  3. Any other business

Covid

We shall be cognisant of all Government and hall requirements.  You are welcome to wear a face mask but it won’t be compulsory.  Hand sanitiser will be available and we shall test temperatures on arrival.

Negative lateral flow tests within 24 hours are requested for all attendees.

If you have any symptoms, we request you do NOT attend.

Car:  from M25 J8    There is a large free car park behind the hall.

A Code to enter the car park will be circulated during the week before the event.

 

Rail: The nearest station is Merstham (I minute walk) which has direct trains from London Bridge and Horsham on Thameslink Line.
